Admission
Admissions Criteria:
- Potential participants must be 18 years or older and have a diagnosis of an Intellectual/Developmental Disability ranging from mild to severe
- Potential participants should not display persistent behaviors that pose a clear and immediate risk to themselves or others, especially if such behaviors are assessed as unmanageable through the behavioral management supports and techniques employed by the program
- Potential participants are required to meet the qualifications for the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waiver applicable to group day support services
- Potential participants must voluntarily choose to join our program, free from any coercion, and must be aware that it operates as a group day center-based program
- Potential participants with specialized supervision needs for monitoring specific health conditions must not require skilled nursing care during the operating hours of the program.
- Potential participants must have needs that can be effectively met within the staff-to-individual ratio provided by the program.
